Over the last few months there has been a great deal of discussion about PAC 14. Misinformation aside,
the issue is very straightforward. For Public Access
to survive, and thrive, it needs three fundamental
elements specific to P.E.G. Access operations...1. To be established as independent 501c3 non-profit
organization based on the concept - of the people, by the people, and for the people. 2. It must have secure
and stable Operational funding. 3. It must have secure and stable Capital funding. Three-legged stool
principal, without all three it can't function properly. The principles related to P.E.G. Access, including its
means of funding, are actually based on Congressional law.

With your help PAC 14 can take a major step forward in 2009, the celebration of our 10 year anniversary!
PAC 14 has achieved great success to date, but the needs of staff, equipment and funding are many. The
time has come to establish our own Community Media Facility and begin an exciting new chapter. Your
public support of PAC 14 is needed. Letters, public comments, support of any kind will make a difference.

PAC 14 is looking for a few good 'Producers'!
PAC 14 is a publically accessible community access television service. Public means you!
2008 marks our 10th Anniversary! Much of the success PAC 14 has achieved is directly related our viewers,
supporters and local producers. PAC 14 success to date has been measurable, but we're not satisfied, we
want more people - more programming - and a facility from which to better serve the publics need.

We need volunteer 'citizen producers' to videotape and edit the many topics and events that currently aren't
being covered. Simple equation, more people producing - more programming  Can we count you in?

Community Support
"Whenever I appear on a PAC 14 program, I am always surprised and pleased at the number of people who say, "Saw you on TV last night." PAC 14 plays a vital role in Wicomico County because it brings government to the citizens...particularly in its coverage of all Wicomico County Council meetings. I am also impressed at the "can-do" attitude of Mike Goodson and the PAC 14 staff despite the station's financial limitations."
  - Richard M. Pollitt, Jr., Wicomico County Executive "
